Exchanges Only

  • We do not provide refunds. However, items can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In their original packaging with all tags attached

Factory Defects

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll exchange it for a brand new piece at no extra cost.

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Exchange Delivery Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of exchanges (unless the exchange is due to a defect).

Hygiene & Sale Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on accessories (e.g. scrunchies or headbands).

  • Sale or discounted items are final and not eligible for exchange.
